Iqbal Khan to try his luck in Bollywood again

Iqbal Khan is looking at getting into Bollywood again. The actor, who has done films like Fun2shh...Dudes in the 10th century, Bullet – ek dhamaka and Kucch Dil Ne Kaha in the past, has been focussing on telly serials past few years.
His recent Sanjog Se Sangini on Zee went off air within a few months owing to poor TRPs. Now Iqbal, we hear, is hoping to return to films.He has just signed a film to be produced and directed by Arshad Khan. It’s a love story which will see two new faces as female leads. There's an underworld don too in the film, a character that will be played by Shahbaaz Khan.
Iqbal surely must be anxious because this is second stint in B-Town. But TV will not take a backseat even if he gets busy with films. Says a source close to the actor, "He will never give up television. He knows quitting TV totally would be a mistake. Actors like Amarr Upadhyay and Manav Gohil have made that mistake. Iqbal would want to repeat that."
