Delhi Crime
has become the first Indian show to win an
International Emmy Award
. The show has gone on to bag the
Best Drama Series award
at the 48th International Emmy Awards which was held virtually this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The show which is written and directed by Richie Mehta features actress
Shefali Shah (DCP Vartika Chaturvedi) as the main character. Apart from trending on social media, the show's huge win at the 48th International Emmy Awards witnessed several B-town celebs taking to social media to congratulate the team.
