British actress Amy Jackson recently shared a series of throwback pictures on Instagram, capturing the moment she officially signed her wedding with long-time love and "Gossip Girl" star Ed Westwick on August 7, 2024. The couple, who met at an Aston Martin event at the Silverstone circuit in 2021, tied the knot in a picturesque setting at Castello Di Rocca Cilento in Italy, surrounded by close family and friends.
Ahead of their wedding, the couple had a civil ceremony. Amy looked stunning in a vintage Chanel dress, while Ed complemented her in a brown blazer suit. The post showcased numerous pictures of the couple joyfully signing their wedding documents, surrounded by close friends and family, as well as touching moments featuring Amy with her son. The collection included a mix of color and black-and-white photos, highlighting their romantic day. “Signed. Sealed. A week before their Italian adventure, Ed and Amy had a small civil ceremony at The Connaught Hotel in London's Mayfair, with their closest family in the Georgian Room. Ed had earlier shared pictures from this day, captioning it, "A week before we embarked on our Italian adventure, we crossed the T's and dotted the i's in Mayfair at The Connaught Hotel. With our closest family in The Georgian Room it was a perfect start to what was to come."
The couple's love story is straight out of a fairytale. Ed proposed to Amy in January while they were celebrating her birthday in Gstaad, Switzerland. The couple then began planning their big English wedding, which took place in Italy. Sharing pictures from their Italian wedding, Ed wrote, "With the sun setting behind us, surrounded by our dearest friends and family, we exchanged our vows in a moment we'll cherish forever."
