' released online on Friday afternoon. The film that features Kirti Kulhari in the titular role of a poetess with a speech impediment, also sees Neil Nitin Mukesh essaying the character of late Prime Minister

The gritty trailer starts with the announcement of emergency that baffles the entire nation and its repercussions are what follows in the two-and-a-half-minute clip.
The movie is based on a 21-month long period from 1975 to 1977 when Prime Minister
Indira Gandhi declared a state of emergency across India. The interesting storyline and a thick plot is the highlight of the film which includes impeccable acting chops by the actors.
Music composers Anu Malik and Bappi Lahiri have also joined hands, for the first time, to create music for the film that is partly a work of fiction.
'Indu
Sarkar' features Kirti Kulhari, Tota Roy Chowdhury, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Anupam Kher in pivotal roles and is slated to release on July 28.
