In pics: Pooja Batra and Nawab Shah tie the knot in a close-knit ceremony

Actress Pooja Batra tied the knot with Nawab Shah in Delhi on July 4 after 5 months of dating in a close-knit ceremony. The 'Nayak' actress took to Instagram shared a post-wedding snap and confirmed the news. They got married in Arya Samaj style and also had a nikah in Delhi. Nawab Shah had made his relationship with Pooja Batra Insta-official on Eid this year.
Pooja shared a picture and wrote, "With friends like Family at the @heritagevillageresortmanesarThank you for an awesome stay.Expect to see us back soon"

While talking to Bombay Times, Nawab expressed his happiness by saying, "Pooja entered my life like sunshine and I was sure that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her. I wanted to marry her right after our first meeting."
Adding on about their hush-hush wedding, Nawab Shah said, "We hadn't planned anything. We were just ready to start a life together and grow together. There was no point in wasting any time and that's why it happened suddenly. In fact, I tell her that we have less time together as we took some time to get married. I am glad that everything fell in place."
