Imaad Shah: Working as a composer is what I am focusing on a lot right now

Actor Imaad Shah has composed his second Hindi song, ‘Bhar De Hamaara Glass’ for the upcoming road movie, ‘

’. He says, “Working as a composer is what I am focusing on a lot right now. I want to act and compose music side-by-side. I like doing multiple things. I love

acting

and I have been an actor since childhood, but writing music is also an intense part of my life.”

It’s not just acting and music that’s been keeping Imaad busy. He adds, “I am currently writing a script which I want to direct. I am moving towards taking up direction. That is what I see myself doing in the long run. I have made a couple of short films as well.”

Ask him if his father, Naseeruddin Shah critiques his work and Imaad reveals, “My father is brutally honest as far as my work is concerned. I get very valuable feedback from him even when it comes to my compositions.”
