For Angela Krislinzki, her getaways always have work infused into them. And she had a memorable time in

Koh Samui

recently. Says she, “For me, holiday is always work-cum-holiday. I am here for almost a month, shooting for my next project. I’m glad my work takes me to places that are so beautiful and

exotic

. I feel one with the nature there. My mind soul is totally rejuvenated and I am totally energised. I guess am lucky to get to travel while I’m working. I was in

Los Angeles

recently, on a shoot and in June, I was in

Ibiza

and Budapest, shooting for a calendar. I’m in Koh Samui for almost a month, but it just feels like yesterday.”
Quite the beach babe

Angela describes herself as a beach lover. “I’m a complete waterbaby. I love water sports like

swimming

and scuba diving. If I wasn’t a human I would be mermaid for sure. My mornings usually start with a good swim followed by yoga.” She also took whole lot of pictures as Koh Samui offers beautiful views. “Whether it’s the sunrise or the sunset, I enjoyed every bit of it – from the beaches to its fresh air, nature, everything has a picturesque view.”

Food and activities

Fun by the water...
Fun by the water...
Koh Samui is a coastal area, known for its sea food. Says Angela, “I relished every meal here, whether it be shrimps, crabs, lobster, my favourite Thai curry and jasmine rice and how can I forget, my favourite

coconut water

? The fruits and vegetables are so fresh here.” She also tried a few fun things to do. “I am certified scuba diver and I went scuba diving. I love the marine world and it’s so beautiful down there. I also tried jetboarding this time. It’s little difficult at first, but you get the hang of it, soon.”

Of course, a little

shopping

was also on the cards. “Girls can’t stay away from shopping. I love buying souvenirs from every place I visit, so I did that. I have to also say that the locals were very friendly and warm,” she admits.
