‘I sinned’, confesses Mandana Karimi on Instagram

In recent years, Mandana Karimi has been in the news more for personal than professional reasons. The model-actress, who got married to her Mumbai-based businessman boyfriend Gaurav Gupta in March 2017, left many shocked when she filed a domestic violence case against him and his family in July 2017.

Mandana was last seen on the TV show, ‘Ishqbaaz’ (last year). Though she has not been active as an actress, the Iranian beauty keeps the buzz around her strong through social media. She regularly posts pics and videos on Instagram — of vacays, workouts, pets — much to her fans’ delight.

Mandana’s latest post, too, has grabbed quite a few eyeballs. This time around, she has posted a beautiful poem by Iranian poetess

, along with a sexy photograph of herself.

Here are a few lines from the poem, which has been titled ‘The Sin’:

“In that dim and quiet place of seclusion
as I sat next to him all scattered inside
his lips poured lust on my lips
and I left behind the sorrows of my heart.
I whispered in his ear these words of love:
“I want you, mate of my soul
I want you, life-giving embrace
I want you, lover gone mad”
