However, meditation and yoga stands my first choice for relaxation. A cook or a foodieI don't cook but just enjoy eating good food, experimenting with different cuisines and try out new restaurants. I also like partying with my friends and do so, at least twice a month. Partying out is a good stress-buster and I feel energised
and relaxed after an outing.Tips to de-stressI think it is crucial for a person to regularly indulge in activities that help him/her to unwind. That's because getting stressed and worked-up affects ones health, especially in my profession. Moreover, it makes one feel completely lonely, inactive, depressed and generates a lot of negativity around one's life. Hence, I think it is extremely important for a person to have his/her 'me' time. One can choose to do anything he/she wishes to do, whether its doing yoga, exercising, chilling out with family and friends etc.
