Milind’s tea and coffee-free lifestyle
In an interview with Tavleen Singh for 'Ek Din Ek Jeevan' on STAR Plus, Milind made it clear that he doesn't consume tea or coffee. Speaking candidly, he shared, “I don’t drink tea or coffee. The first thing I have is fruit juice. From a young age, I did not get into the habit of drinking tea or coffee. I think I read somewhere in my childhood that these are bad for health.” Milind’s preference for fruit juice over caffeinated drinks is a testament to his health-conscious approach to life, and he believes this has played a significant role in maintaining his energy and physique.
Minimal fried food and meat consumption
Milind also discussed his disciplined approach to food, stating that he avoids fried foods and eats very little meat. He explained, “I don't really eat fried food. I eat very little meat, too... I used to be a sportsperson till grade 10, I was into competitive swimming, so my diet was particular.” Milind’s emphasis on a balanced, wholesome diet reflects his commitment to staying in top form, regardless of his age.
A holistic approach to fitness
