Huma Qureshi will not star opposite Tom Cruise in 'The Mummy'

It turns out that news of actress Huma Qureshi auditioning for the famous Hollywood franchise '

The Mummy

' may not be completely true.

As per the reports, Annabelle Wallis is set to play the female lead opposite Tom in the film. "She is playing an archaeological who specialises in ancient Egypt," says a source.
Sofia Boutella plays the mummy while Tom will be seen in the Navy Seal avatar named Tyler Colt, who goes after the bad guys on a mission in the Iraqi dessert.

"For which role Huma is being auditioned is yet not certain," says the source.
