Rakesh Roshan sells his Pune land plot for a massive amount

According to the documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, the land parcel sold by Rakesh Roshan is located in the Lohegaon Village, Haveli Taluka of the Pune district. As per the documents, the land parcel was sold for Rs 15 crore. Reportedly, the Deed of Conveyance between Rakesh Roshan and CP Lands LLP was registered on December 26, 2025. As per the documents, a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore was paid on the transaction.

The Roshans have made multiple transactions for properties in the year 2025. In November last year, Hrithik Roshan, his father Rakesh Roshan, and his mother Pinkie Roshan's firms bought 10 office units in Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs 28 crore, according to the documents accessed by Propstack.

Not just that, in the same month, Hrithik's parents also bought five office units in Andheri, Mumbai, for Rs 19.68 crore, according to Squareyards.

Again, in the same month, Hrithik's sister, Sunaina Roshan, bought 2 commercial units in the Andheri East area of Mumbai for Rs 6.42, as per the SquareYards report.

Meanwhile, the same website stated back in May 2025, Hrithik and his father sold three apartments in Andheri, Mumbai, for Rs 6.75 crore. The total area of the apartments was almost 2000 sq ft. They were located in two different towers. On the other hand, in January 2025, the actor rented a commercial space in Mumbai's Goregaon for Rs 5.62 per month.
