Rizwan is upset with the news that the police have sent Kangana a summon and asked her to report at the police station within 48 hours when the actress hasn't even received the notice. The report quoted Rizwan saying that the notice which should supposedly have reached Kangana by Saturday, hasn't been received yet. Rizwan also added that the information could be wrong and was being 'fed to media off record.' He said, "Kangana has still not received the notice which she was supposed to receive by Saturday at least. I suspect that such wrong information is being fed to the media off record."
Rizwan has also questioned as to why their request to get a copy of Hrithik's FIR against the imposter, that was filed in May 2014, is falling on deaf ears. "Instead, why is Kangana not being given the FIR which Hrithik Roshan had filed against the impostor in December 2014? We have been demanding a copy of this FIR since several days, but all our requests have been ignored," said Rizwan.

Furthermore, Siddiquee is perturbed by the fact that it is his client alone whom the police wants to interrogate when Hrithik has clearly mentioned that he found out about the imposter through his friends, which would include other people apart from Kangana. He demands to know why his other friends are being shielded.
"Hrithik had publicly declared that he had learnt about an impostor through his friends. However, he supposedly never named these witnesses. Who are those witnesses?' said Siddiquee in the same report.
