' which is being helmed by Vikas Bahl, got paused mid-way when an unnamed employee of Phantom Films accused the ace filmmaker of sexual misconduct.


The ongoing #MeToo movement saw many women coming out in open and when this unnamed employee from Phantom Films accused Bahl of misconduct, the '

Kaabil

' actor took a stand of not working with any person who is guilty of such misconduct and even urged the producers to take some harsh stand.


Taking to Twitter Hrithik said, "It is impossible for me to work with any person if he/she is guilty of such grave misconduct. I am away and have access to only sporadic information. I have requested the producers of Super 30 to take stock of the apparent facts and take a harsh stand if need be. This is not to be hushed or brushed under the carpet. All proven offenders must be punished and all exploited people must be empowered and given strength to speak up."




But now the lady who accused Bahl of sexual misconduct has declined to initiate legal proceedings against him looks to have cleared the path for him to return to the project.


According to reports, 'Super 30' producer Madhu Matena had a long conversation with Hrithik and convince him to get back on board to complete the film with Bahl.
