The premiere of Blue Umbrella at Cinemax, Andheri saw neither hunks nor hot babes; those who came were all star performers. A large number of actors and directors from the industry came along to support Vishal Bhardwaj, as Vishal himself posed merrily under... you guessed it right, a blue umbrella!
Pankaj Kapur wore a wide smile on his face as he faced the cameras and the questions.And the polite actor did not refuse screaming fans their autographs. Wife Supriya Pathak stood by him, also with a smile pasted on her face, enjoying her husband’s moment in the sun. She was overheard telling a guest that incidentally, her favourite umbrella colour is blue! Lead actress of the film, Shreya, posed merrily with the couple. Manoj Bajpai seems to be among the few disciplined actors in the industry — he reached the venue dot on time.
Suddenly, all eyes and flashbulbs went to the entrance, as the reticent Ajay Devgan made an entry. After warmly greeting Vishal, he posed for a few photographs and then gave photographers a a run for their money as he waved his hands to them (a cheeky grin on his face) and ran into the hall. Atul Kulkarni looked different sans his moustache, and accepted the compliments with a smile.
