Here's why Alia Bhatt denied her makeup artist for two hours makeover on her D-Day

Alia Bhatt recently spilled the beans on her wedding day preparations. Known for her elegant and understated style, Alia’s wedding look was widely celebrated. She shared that she asked her makeup artist to work efficiently so she could enjoy more relaxation time. The actress said she told her makeup artist she wouldn’t take two hours because she wanted to chill.

In an interview with Allure Magazine, The 'Gangubai Kathiyawadi' actress recalled that on her wedding day, when her makeup artist Puneet B Saini asked for two hours, she said that she wouldn't spend that much time on makeup. Instead, she insisted on having more time to chill.

The actress also mentioned that she prefers quick and simple looks. Due to her ADD, she avoids spending too much time on makeup and usually spends no more than 45 minutes in the makeup chair.

Alia tied the knot with her longtime beau, Ranbir Kapoor, in 2022 and welcomed their baby girl, Raha Kapoor, later the same year.

Professionally, Alia is preparing for her upcoming film 'Jigra', where she stars alongside Vedang Raina. She will also appear in 'Alpha' with Sharvari Wagh and in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Love and War', alongside her husband, Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
