Here’s what Tusshar Kapoor says about actor, father Jeetendra’s comeback

Bollywood’s legendary actor Jeetendra has been actively working in films since 1960s. Known for his movies like Aulad (1987), Farz (1967), Himmatwala (1983), Tohfa (1984) among others, Jeetendra also took a plunge into the digital world and was seen in web shows like Baarish (2020) and Apharan Season 2 (2021).

We asked his son Tusshar Kapoor if the latter will be seen on screen any time soon again? Talking about his 82 years old father, Tusshar said, “He is not too keen on making a comeback on screen as of now. So, I doubt that will happen. But never say never!”

Currently, Tusshar is busy promoting his web show Dus June Ki Raat that dopped online on JioCinema, today. Ask him how he balanced his fatherly duties while working on the long story telling format project. He said, “Fatherly duties never came in the way because I didn’t really have that levy. I couldn’t even go for my sister’s (Ektaa Kapoor) birthday as I was busy with the shoot. I just took a day off for my son’s birthday party. Laksshya (8) has come on sets once or twice with me.”



So, has Laksshya seen any of his films yet? “He has not watched a film of mine fully yet. I think he has seen only a few scenes of mine when he was a little younger. He didn’t really register it much. Whenever he watches my film I would like to see his reactions. More than anything else he is only interested in watching just football.”
