Hema Malini sells two apartments located in Mumbai’s Oshiwara, deal worth Rs 12.50 crore - Deets inside

Hema Malini has recently sold two apartments located in Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai, fetching a total of Rs 12.50 crore. According to records from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, as confirmed by property portal Square Yards, the deals were finalized in August 2025.

Details of the sold apartments
Both apartments, located in Oberoi Springs, one of the most prominent residential complexes in Oshiwara, were sold at Rs 6.25 crore each. The carpet area of each flat is approximately 847 sq. ft. (79 sq. m.), with a built-up area of about 1,017 sq. ft. (94.46 sq. m.). One car parking space was included with every flat. According to the documents, stamp duty of Rs 31.25 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000 were paid for each transaction.


Oshiwara and Andheri West: A prime residential hub
Oshiwara and the larger Andheri West area are considered among Mumbai’s most preferred residential locations. The area is known for its luxury high-rises, entertainment options, and vibrant social life. Excellent connectivity is provided by the Western Express Highway, SV Road, suburban railway and the Versova-Ghatkopar Metro corridor, allowing quick access to business districts such as BKC, Goregaon, and Andheri East.
