Helen on a rejuvenation therapy programme

Actress Helen is taking a breather from the city's noxious air.

She's on a 10-day detoxification and rejuvenation therapy programme at SDM Yoga and Nature Cure Hospital in Shantivana, Dharmastala, near Mangalore. According to Dr Prashanth Shetty, chief medical officer, Helen's 10-day treatment will include yoga, varieties of bath, massages, physiotherapy, and a diet heavy on fruits and juice.Here's hoping the taxing regimen works its magic.
