Family and educational background
Born in Abu Dhabi, UAE, his father is reportedly a doctor while his mother is an entrepreneur. Taha studied at the Sherwood Academy in Abu Dhabi till the 4th grade, then shifted to a boarding school called the Kodaikanal International School located in Tamil Nadu in India, where he continued his education for the next 3 years.

Feeling homesick, the actor returned to the UAE but later moved with his family to Sharjah, where he completed his schooling at Choueifat International School and Sharjah American School. Later on, to pursue his passion on the big screen, Taha left his undergraduate studies at the Sharjah American School and obtained certifications in scuba diving and paragliding.

Debut and career journeyTaha made his debut with 'Luv Ka The End' in 2011, wherein he was cast opposite Shraddha Kapoor. He was next chosen to play a teenage heartthrob in Karan Johar's 'Gippi', which hit the screens in 2013. This was followed by his performance as Jatin in the film 'Barkhaa' and a role in 'Baar Baar Dekho'. In 'Heeramandi', Taha played the love interest of Sharmin Segal's character Alamzeb, a resident of Shahi Mahal. In 2020, Taha marked his Hollywood debut with 'Draupadi Unleashed'.
