The Bombay high court on Thursday refused to stay the television premiere of Bajrangi Bhaijaan starring Salman Khan.

Hearing an application that claimed that the script of the film had been plagiarised, the HC directed that the proceeds from the film should not be touched and kept separately till the court decides the issue.
The world television premiere of the film is scheduled for October 10, 2015.

The court was hearing an application filed by Manoj Joshi, who claimed that he had written a story and registered it with the Film Writers Association. When Bajrangi Bhaijaan was released he was shocked to see that it was similar to his script. He has sought that credit for writing the film and compensation.
