The actress didn’t stop there. She tagged Indiabulls Securities Limited (now known as Dhani Stocks) and Indiabulls Home Loans, accusing them of failing to address the issue. Her bold and transparent post triggered widespread discussion online, especially as other users also came forward alleging similar identity theft experiences with the same platform.

For those unaware, Dhani offers services like instant credit, stock brokerage, and virtual credit cards — but several users have claimed their personal data was misused without consent to avail small loans, causing long-term damage to their credit scores.

Thankfully, the story had a happy ending. In a follow-up tweet, Sunny confirmed the issue had been resolved. “Thank you @IVLSecurities @ibhomeloans @CIBIL_Official for swiftly fixing this & making sure it will NEVER happen again… NO ONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH A BAD CIBIL!!!” she wrote.
