Gulshan Grover plays a gay in Ban Gayi Baat

The Bad man of Bollywood, Gulshan Grover plays a gay character in his forthcoming film Ban Gayi Baat.
Known for his negative roles, Gulshan Grover is now going to surprise his audiences with his new role in Ban Gayi Baat. The actor plays a gay character for the first time. Gulshan will be seen in a role of a homosexual who is dance teacher in his next.
Speaking about his role, Gulshan Grover said, "The portrayal that I have done is not a caricature that people will laugh at.He is a dance teacher who is gay." Gulshan Grover is glad that Rishi Kapoor is also playing the role of a gay principal in Karan Johar's film.
Gulshan feels acceptability of gay characters is very important. "It shows that Hindi cinema is more open today. Even Ban Gayi Baat is a commercial film and does not delve into the mind of a gay man but shows that he is a part of society. It is going to be exciting to do such kind of roles at this point of my career", he signs off
