Gulshan Devaiah’s birthday month – he celebrates his birthday on May 28 – has proved immensely lucky for him. His film, 8 AM Metro with Saiyami Kher, about two strangers getting drawn to each other as they travel in the same train everyday has been well received and also his series, Dahaad with Sonakshi Sinha.
In both projects, his acting has been praised and fans have compared him to acting stalwarts like Manoj Bajpayee and Irrfan Khan.
In a recent interview, he revealed his birthday plans and said that his ex-wife Kallirroi Tziafeta has planned something for him. He thinks it will be a fancy meal in a restaurant. He said that he has left all the planning to his ex-wife as he trusts her because she still remains his best friend.
The couple who were married for eight years got amicably divorced three years ago but are still great friends and remain in touch. His ex-wife is Greek.
Gulshan Devaiah’s career is going great and he is now looking forward to his upcoming comedy crime thriller with Rajkummar Rao titled Guns & Gulaabs and will also be seen with Janhvi Kapoor in Ulajh.
