Gulshan Devaiah exposes fake account impersonating Girija Oak, 'Cashing in on crush'
Girija Oak Godbole recently went viral on the internet as the “blue saree girl.” After becoming an overnight sensation, the actress responded saying that trends may come and go, but her work will always speak for her. She also expressed feeling overwhelmed by all the love coming her way. Amid the growing buzz around her, Gulshan Devaiah, her co-star in the upcoming series 'Therapy Sherapy', has called out a fake account impersonating the actress.
Gulshan took to his X account to flag the imposter account and tagged Girija Oak’s official handle. Resharing a post from the fake account that used her picture, the 'Kantara: Chapter 1' actor wrote, “Imposter cashing in on #GirijaOak’s crush phase. If you want to gush and crush, here she is @GirijaOak.”
Girija shared that Gulshan got three to four pillows of different sizes from his vanity van and asked her to pick whichever she felt most comfortable with. She added, “During the scene, he must have asked me at least 16 or 17 times, ‘Are you okay?’”
Praising Gulshan for his sensitivity, she said, “He told me, ‘If you want to take it out, I’m totally fine with it.’ That level of care and respect really touched me.”
The Jawan actress added that with anyone else, the scene could have been a difficult situation, but with Gulshan, she was “completely at ease.”
She concluded, “I can even talk about it openly now because he made me feel so safe. It’s amazing that he’s that kind of person.”
Girija Oak on shooting intimate scenes with Gulshan Devaiah
In a recent interview with The Lallantop, Girija Oak opened up about filming intimate scenes with Gulshan in 'Therapy Sherapy'. She said that even when such scenes are meticulously planned, there are very few people “you feel no discomfort with,” and she considers Gulshan one of them.Girija shared that Gulshan got three to four pillows of different sizes from his vanity van and asked her to pick whichever she felt most comfortable with.
