'Gold' new trailer: Akshay Kumar and team put in heart and soul to win India it's first Olympic gold medal

While the makers of 'Gold' had previously released a trailer that gave an overview of the film, they have once again dropped yet another trailer and this one will keep you on the edge of your seat for sure!

Featuring Akshay Kumar as the coach and his team members including Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh, Vineet Singh and Sunny Kaushal, the trailer focusses on how the Indian team puts in their blood and sweat to achieve the unimaginable feat of winning independent India its first Olympic gold medal.

'Gold', also starring Mouni Roy as Akshay's wife, traces the “golden era” of Indian hockey through the journey of Tapan Das (Akshay), a young assistant manager in 1936, who dreams of playing for an independent nation.
Written and directed by Reema Kagti, the film is set to hit the theatres on this Independence Day.
