French kiss from Fukrey removed by makers

Makers wanted to be true to the fukrapan or the genre of the film. The elaborate kiss between Pulkit and Priya Anand had been shot and was extremely hot and steamy.
In fact, it had shaped up so well that there was a massive debate creatively whether we should keep it in final edit or remove it.
However Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani saw the film they felt that the fukraness of the film shouldn’t get diluted at all, attention shouldn’t shift and after watching the final edit they decided to get it removed.
Fukrey as a film salutes the spirit of Fukraness in people. And it’s a story of four guys who are struggling to get into college and have girlfriends.
Spokesperson of the film says creatively everyone felt that the kiss wasn't required in the flow of the script. In fact, the story of four boys has really shaped up very well.
