Fire on the sets of Omung Kumar's 'Bhoomi'

The team of Omung Kumar's 'Bhoomi' was filming a wedding sequence at RK Studio when a fire broke out on Thursday evening. Shooting had to be stalled for two hours after which the team called it a day.

The wedding song features Aditi Rao Hydari and co-star Sidhant Gupta. Aditi Rao Hydari, who features in the sequence with Sidhant Gupta, told Mirror, "We were shooting for the song with Ganesh (Acharya) master when a short circuit caused a fire.There were about 300 people on set, including the dancers, cast and crew. Thankfully we were escorted out safely.We have a deadline to finish the song so everyone was just glad the fire was controlled in time. Work resumed on Friday."
