Sai kumar is optimistic about repeating the magic of 'Police Story' with his upcoming film, 'Citizen'.
Produced by CV Reddy, the film is expected to release in May. Sai Prakash is directing the film. Kannada actress Vaibhavi is making her Tollywood debut with this flick.
Mumaith Khan is also playing a key role. "The film is about a police officer who fights for justice even without a uniform.
