Fatima Sana Shaikh believes in helping the needy

As the world continues to battle the corona crisis, celebrities are stepping up to do their bit, too. Fatima Sana Shaikh, who has been spending time with her family in Mumbai amid the extended lockdown, has been helping pack home-cooked meals for the underprivileged and even feeding for strays, who’ve been going hungry as their regular feeders are unable to feed them.The actress said that she prepares meals at home, which are then distributed to needy people by an NGO. Apart from that, Fatima is also using her social media platform to help raise funds for daily wage workers in the entertainment industry, who have been badly affected by the lockdown.

Apart from spending time with her family, the actress has been regularly sharing updates on on her Instagram account. Her most recent post has her flaunting a no-make-up look, which she captioned, ‘#nofilter jab dhoop itni acchi ho ke filter ki zaroorat na padhe.’
On the work front, Fatima has ‘Ludo’ and ‘Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari’ in her kitty. She will be seen sharing screen space with Aditya Roy Kapur, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanya Malhotra in ‘Ludo’ while she has co-stars like Diljit Dosanjh and Manoj Bajpai in ‘Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari’. The films, like others, have been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
