Farhan Akhtar, Abhishek Kapoor to team up again!
He won the Filmfare Award in 2009 for his second directorial venture, Rock On!! and now, Abhishek Kapoor is gearing up for his next endeavour.
And the director has now moved on to the next stage casting for the film. Kapoor, however, has not ventured too far, choosing to cast Farhan Aktar, who was the lead in Rock On!!.
Our source told us, “The script is final but he is keeping everything under wraps. He did go about asking a few actors but none of them had the dates for the film. He has discussed the film with Farhan, who likes the script and has agreed to come on-board.” The source added, “Farhan will start work on the film, post Don 2.”
Reportedly, the film will be produced under Farhan’s banner, Excel Entertainment. Despite repeated attempts, the director remained unavailable for comment.
