Fardeen puts Qurbani plans back on track

Fardeen Khan is back in action! Well, he isn’t acting in a movie, but he is planning to make one.
The actor had long back announced his plans to remake his father’s yesteryear hit Qurbani, however, the project didn’t progress any further. But we now hear that the actor has revived his plans. Sources have it that the actor is keen on getting on with the project as soon as possible.
A source said that the project is very close to Fardeen’s heart as he wants to remake Qurbani as his tribute to his father Feroze Khan. He is currently in the process of meeting people and finalizing the cast and crew for the film.
Buzz is that the actor wants to take the film on floors by yearend and therefore has put his efforts in top gear to start shooting the film on time.
It was reported that the actor has also revived his father’s banner and signed Rumy Jaffrey to direct their first. Though the film hasn’t been announced as yet, buzz is that Qurbani remake may well be it.
