Farah Khan urges cook Dilip to join the dining table, but he sticks to: ‘Kitchen mein ache se kha paata hu’
Farah Khan, the filmmaker and choreographer, teamed up once again with her chef Dilip for a fresh vlog adventure. This time, they dropped by the beautiful home of reality TV personality Nikki Tamboli and her boyfriend Arbaz Patel in Mumbai. To make the visit even more special, the pair cooked a unique rose chicken meal for their hosts.
Khan’s cook Dilip began the vlog with some funny remarks about the extravagant lifestyle of Nikki and Arbaz before they even walked into their home. While showing the house, Nikki shared a personal struggle: she was battling dengue when Arbaz participated in the reality show Rise & Fall. “I was on bed rest for a month. My platelets reached 15,000. My family was scared, and I had to get admitted. But I don’t know how I gained the strength suddenly,” she revealed.
“I told the makers that I will come, but I want a boy. They had seen me in Bigg Boss Hindi. I said that I am single right now and I don’t have much demands, but I had made up my mind that I wanted someone special. It was love at first sight on the stage only. I didn’t know him. I googled him after going inside my vanity van,” she shared.
Later, Nikki and Dilip headed to the kitchen, where she began making Maharashtrian butter prawn with his assistance. As the vlog wrapped up, everyone gathered around the dining table to enjoy the chicken and prawns. Farah Khan asked Dilip, “Will you eat?” Dilip replied, “No ma’am, you all eat. Kitchen mein ache se khaa leta hu.” Farah laughed and said, “You’ll eat in the kitchen? Why in the kitchen? Main ache se nahi deti hu?” Dilip answered, “Nahi nahi, dete ho, but I’ll eat in the kitchen only.” Still, Nikki placed a plate for him so he could join the group at the table.
