Exclusive: When Vikrant Massey took over kitchen duties with fiancée Sheetal Thakur

last year, looking ahead for a busy 2020, but the pandemic changed it all for him. Though, Vikrant Massey, utilised the time of the lockdown to spend some quality time with his fiancée, actor Sheetal Thakur at home.

Not only did he enjoy some leisure time with her, but also helped her with her kitchen duties. He says, “Through the lockdown I spent a lot of time with my family, fiancée and myself. I did sort of enter the kitchen quite often during the pandemic. I was assisting Sheetal on multiple occasions. I was cooking quite a bit.”

Like an ardent would-be husband, Vikrant shared household duties with Sheetal. He elaborates, “Maine uss period mein jhadoo poocha bhi bohot kiya. Actually, Sheetal and I had divided household chores amongst each other. Sheetal often looked after the kitchen, while I did the bartan (laughs!).”

Back to the routine, Vikrant now only cherishes the memories. “The last three-four years kept us really occupied with work. If at all we got free time we would step out for dinners. Otherwise, we have been very occupied with our lives.” Recently, the two moved into their dream home, which is located in Mumbai suburbs. They marked this big achievement by performing a puja ritual at their brand new love nest.
