Exclusive: Vikram Bhatt wrote Khamoshiyan as a sequel to Haunted

The 2011 horror drama Haunted that released in 3D was a hit and the film's sequel was announced soon after. The upcoming supernatural thriller starring Gurmeet Choudhary titled Khamoshiyan was actually the script for Haunted's sequel but was later rechristened. When we asked Vikram, he informed us, "Khamoshiyan was my Haunted 2. The script was then named Khamoshiyan because they thought of it as a more befitting title rather than calling it Haunted's sequel.
