Salman Khan is currently busy with the third film of his 'Dabangg' franchise which is being helmed by
Prabhu Deva. Pictures and videos from the sets have been making rounds on the internet and the debut of Mahesh Manjrekar's daughter Saiee Manjrekar as the female lead has grabbed everyone's attention.
Meanwhile, Salman, who has bulked up for the action flick will be shedding all the extra pounds to sport a lean look in
Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film 'Inshallah'. The film which also features
Alia Bhatt is an eternal love story and this is the first time that the two most popular actors of
Bollywood
will be paired opposite one another.
This is not the first time that Salman would be shedding the extra pounds for a film as he has done it back in 2016 for
Ali Abbas Zafar's 'Sultan' wherein he lost nearly 8 kgs. Not only that but the Bhaijaan of Bollywood had lately sported several different looks in his recently released film 'Bharat' which had become the talk of the town. Apart from a fitness regime, Salman will also incorporate a strict diet in order to look suave and chiselled on the silver screen.
Meanwhile, Bhansali and his team has completed the recce in the United States, Varanasi, Rishikesh and Haridwar. While Alia is busy with her next film '
Sadak
2', Salman will soon start his journey to achieve the lean and mean look for 'Inshallah' post the wrap of 'Dabangg 3'.
As per reports making rounds on the internet, Alia will play the role of an aspiring actress in her mid-20s while Salman will play a 40-something businessman, who is based in Orlando. The film is scheduled to release on Eid next year.
