Nitin Arora, will soon be seen sharing the screen space with
Aayush Sharma and
Isabelle Kaif in the movie ‘Kwatha’. And recently, in an exclusive interview with ETimes, the actor spilled beans on the movie and a lot more.

‘Kwatha’: Real on reelTalking about the movie, Nitin told us “‘Kwatha’ is a village in Arunachal Pradesh, and the movie is a true story of a team of faujis who had gone to village.
It shows their journey from the scenario of ambush to the scenario of change. The soldiers even started a festival there with the local people called Zero and it till date is very popular.”
Nitin Arora as an army officerBefore ‘Kwatha’, Nitin Arora will be seen with Bipasha Basu in mystery thriller ‘Adat’. In the latter movie he will be essaying the role of a cop, and in the former he will be seen as an army officer. Thus, it made us wonder if both the characters have somewhat similar attributes; however Nitin Arora said there’s a big difference. “In ‘Adat’ we are solving a case; here (in ‘Kwatha’), when we go out in the village, there's an ambush, we see that we have to kill a 14 year old or a 16 year old, so we feel like we are killing our own people. We eventually realize that this is not right, we are not doing right by killing our own people.”
“Also, in this character, the emotional quotient is way too high.”, said the actor
The scene that moved Nitin AroraIn the interview, Nitin Arora also opened up about the one scene in particular that gave him goosebumps. He told us, “There’s this scene, wherein we caught a guy in the ambush and I have been ordered to shoot him. His face is covered in a mask, and just before I shoot him I decide to take the mask off; and to my shock, he is a 14 year old boy with whom I was playing cricket just a couple of days back. I freeze then and there and feel unable to shoot him. ”
Content is the kingNitin Arora is one of the Bollywood celebs who doesn’t run after big brands or lead roles, as he feels it’s the character, the script and it’s treatment which matters the most. “Presently if you see, all the movies that have done good are content based films. People are accepting movies whose scripts are much more convincing; people are not going all gaga over big superstars but over content. If you have seen ‘Stree’, it was not about the protagonist, it was about the story, the treatment, the dialogues. Similarly, when it comes to characters, then
Gajraj Rao in ‘Badhaai Ho’ was loved more than anybody else. It's no more about the big actors, but the character and how you play it.” concluded the actor.
