Excerpts…
What do think about your brother, Jackky Bhagnani as an actor and as a producer?
Jackky is the creative brain of our production house. He has infused such fresh thoughts and processes into the company! Whether he is finalizing the director or which actors to bring on board, or using his music sense in the creative packaging of a score, his inputs and energy are just unbelievable. He is multi-faceted as a producer because he also happens to be an actor. Plus, he is a fantastic human-being and so honest and endearing in his approach towards life. And this shows in his work, whether it is on-screen or off-screen.

What kind of bond do you share with Jackky?
Jackky is my little baby who is not so little anymore! I have always been the oldest sister who has looked at him like my first-born. But he is all grown up now and I am so proud of the work that he is doing and the kinds of projects he is putting together. We are inseparable, we are the best of friends but we fight a lot as well, and keep fighting until one of us agrees to what the other is saying. But the bond is very special and will always remain so.

One film of Jackky that you love the most...
I absolutely love his film, ‘Youngistaan’. Be it his performance or the theme of the film, it was all so real and so relevant. It was really endearing to see a Prime Minister managing different aspects of life like an ordinary person and also managing the nuances of politics. The juxtaposition of the personal and the political made it really interesting to watch.
