Dibyendu Bhattacharya has been no exception to this.
In an exclusive interview with ETimes, Dibyendu opened up about the bond he shares with the actor. He said, “Sonu Sood is my neighbor from the past 15 years. We are like extended families and our kids are best friends. We are very close. Sonu is a very enterprising person. No matter what, he is always ready to help. This has always been his nature right from the start. However, this time, the work that he has done has made me immensely proud as a neighbor and as a friend.
Elaborating more on the same, he added, “Look at the world today during this pandemic. Everybody is suffering in some or the other way. And then there is this man who is trying to make your life easier selflessly. He is also like a warrior and it is heroic. He has proved that a man can do anything if he wants to. As humans, we should stand for each other. People and kids in our building perform for him and call him
superhero
. He is a real-life hero. I am privileged to know him and I salute him.”

From hailing his selfless works towards them in these testing times, to calling him a real-life superhero, fans have been all praise for the actor.
