Emraan Hashmi opens up on 'Ba***ds of Bollywood' sudden attention: Says, 'I don’t take these things very seriously or mull over them'
Emraan Hashmi’s cameo in 'The Ba***ds of Bollywood' surprised many people. His role as an intimacy coordinator was short but strong. Clips from the scene spread fast on social media. Many people praised Emraan and spoke about his onscreen presence. The scene became viral within hours, and people felt it was a fun and honest moment.
But for Emraan, this sudden attention did not feel like a big life moment. He stayed calm and simple about it, just like always.
Nothing has changed for Emraan Hashmi
Talking about the attention, Emraan clearly said in an interview with Galatta India that nothing new happened in his life after the cameo. “Nothing has changed for me. Woh ek cheez thi, it suddenly blew up. Abhi virality ke liye pata nahi kya, kyun log suddenly, voh do din ka kaam tha, and it just blew up.”
He also shared that he still does not fully understand how virality works. “I still don’t understand. I am still a little confused about the entire thing. I don’t take these things very seriously or mull over them.”
For him, it was just work that lasted for two days. Nothing more. Nothing less.
Staying away from success and failure pressure
He said he learned this lesson a long time ago. “Bahut pehle main seekh gaya tha ki aapke haath mein kuch nahi hai aur aapko bus shiddat se kaam karna hai and grow as an actor.”
Raghav Juyal on the emotional scene
Actor Raghav Juyal earlier spoke to News 18 about the scene and how special it was for him. He shared his feelings honestly. “I got a really good response. Aryan and I both expected it would turn out this way. I enjoyed it a lot.”
He also revealed how emotional the moment became. “When Emraan sir came and that scene happened, I actually started crying. And while doing it, the scene just shaped up like that. I did it straight from the heart.”
Raghav also explained why he sang in Arabic. “I specifically sang the Arabic version because I thought it would come across as funny.”
The scene where Raghav and Emraan perform ‘Kaho Na Kaho’ from Murder touched people because it felt real. That honesty is what made it special and loved online.
