Adivi Sesh, who gained fame for his role as Agent Gopi in Goodachari, is reprising his character in G2. The actor is very enthusiastic about returning to the Hindi film audience after nearly two years, for this sequel. G2 is directed by Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi, marking his directorial debut. The film is produced by T.G. Vishwa Prasad and Abhishek Agarwal, with Adivi Sesh also contributing as the screenwriter. The collaborative effort aims to elevate the Goodachari franchise to unprecedented heights. The script for G2 underwent extensive revisions, in an interview with the same portal, Sesh mentioned that they wrote about 20-30 versions before finalizing it. The challenge, according to Sesh, lies in not repeating the first film while ensuring that audiences can connect with the sequel.
Emraan is all set to make his Telugu debut with the Pawan Kalyan film OG, which is being directed by Sujeeth Sign. Emraan Hashmi, who was last seen in Showtime, joins the cast as Vijay Saxena, adding star power to the film.
