Ekta Kapoor visits Ajmer Sharif ahead of ‘Veere Di Wedding’ release

Just a week before the release of ‘Veere Di Wedding’, co-producer Ekta Kapoor, visited Ajmer Sharif to seek blessings for the film. Sources close to the head of Balaji Telefilms and Motions Pictures revealed that she visited the holy pl;ace to seek blessings not just for her upcoming film but also for her television shows like ‘Naagin 3’, ‘Dil Hi Toh Hai’ and ‘Qayamat Ki Raat’ as well.
Ekta Kapoor has always been a staunch believer in God and that has been evident in the way that she takes to seeking blessings before beginning any new project or venture. In fact, there have been instances when she has walked all the way to faraway temples for the success of her shows.
At the Ajmer Sharif dargah, Ekta Kapoor was accompanied by the priests as she was spotted carrying a religious thal, which comprises of a resham ki chaddar and flowers. Earlier, Ekta had visited Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple barefoot too. Ekta has co-produced ‘Veere Di Wedding’ with Rhea Kapoor and the film features a stellar all-girls cast including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor-Ahuja, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania. The film is slated to release on June 1.
