'Ek Din' teaser: Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi spark 'magic' in romantic drama; netizens laud chemistry and cinematography

The makers of 'Ek Din' have now shared the official teaser after unveiling the first poster on the last day. The film stars Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles and is directed by Sunil Pandey. This film marks the first time Junaid and Sai Pallavi are working together. The movie is set to release in theatres on May 1 this year.

The production house shared the teaser on Instagram with a short note. They wrote, "Some stories don’t need time Watch EK DIN only in theatres 1st May 2026." Along with that they also added, "We can’t wait to experience the jaadu can you?"

Fans are talking about Junaid’s screen presence and the film’s look. One person wrote, "Junaid is looking like an actor from Superman. Full hollywood actor vibe he is having..must say."

Release date and film details

'Ek Din' was earlier expected to release in November 2025. But now the makers have fixed the new date as May 1 this year. The music of the film is by Ram Sampath. The story is written by Sneha Desai and Spandan Mishra. The film is said to have been shot in Sapporo (Japan).

Junaid was last seen in the romantic entertainer 'Loveyapa' which received mixed reviews from the audiences. It was a remake of the Pradeep Ranganathan film 'Love Today' but failed to recreate the magic of the original Tamil movie.
