'Drama' brings Rajesh, Dimple together again

the superstar of yesteryears, rajesh khanna, and his gorgeous though estranged wife dimple are coming back together. and before you drop your jaw in disbelief, let us clarify that it is only a 'drama' and nothing else. not that we are referring to the theatrics of these two hugely media savvy stars. just an actual theatre drama that is bringing the khanna and the kapadia-turned-khanna-turned-kapadia together. at a shooting of padmalaya films' new project kya dil ne kaha in hyderabad, the well spoken ex-phenomenon himself confessed, "i am doing a play with dimple. it is a remake of the superhit gujarati play adhura madhura. it's going to be in english and they're thinking of calling it the family album. we're going to have twenty shows each in london, africa and the us, and a hundred shows in india," the khanna stated in his usual flamboyant style. the play is being directed by feroz bagat and produced by nikita shah, wife of homi wadia (actor and director of the teleserial shapath). this was a scoop alright. what with the once very married couple now going to be globe trotting together, and for a play called the family album! although with a name like that we do wonder if betis twinkle and rinke will have special cameos in it too - with son-in-law akki doing a special number, perhaps?
