Double dose: Big B and Dimple Kapadia

Jahnu Barua, the director who made poignant movies like the much-acclaimed Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Maraa, is now gearing to direct some of the biggies of Bollywood.It’s perhaps National Award winning director Jahnu Barua's biggest commercial debut till date. The director who made poignant movies like Halodhia Charaiye Baao Dhaan Khaay, and the much-acclaimed Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Maraa with Urmila Matondkar and Anupam Kher, is now gearing to direct some of the biggies of Bollywood.Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Preity Zinta and Shiney Ahuja will act in his film to be produced by Tony Juneja. Juneja had earlier made films like Mr Natwarlal, Ram Balram with Amitabh Bachchan amongst others. Big B and the gorgeous Dimple have earlier come together in movies like Ajooba, and Mrityudata to name a few. However this is Preity's first film with Shiney and Jahnu's first with this cast. What needs to be seen now is whether Jahnu brings out award winning performances from these actors who have always managed to rule the box office.
