Divya Seth Shah remembers late daughter Mihika: When I look at you, I see the purest love

Divya Seth Shah, widely recognized for her role in ‘Jab We Met’, has shared a deeply emotional tribute to her late daughter Mihika Shah, who passed away on August 5, 2024, in Mumbai.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Divya opened up about her profound loss and the cherished memories she holds of Mihika.


The actress posted a touching photo with her daughter, accompanied by a moving caption that included a note Mihika had written for her. Divya’s message read, “When I look at you, I see the purest love I’ll ever know. Every wounded soul finds their way to you, in your care, they heal and grow. Divya, god’s gift, my blessing from above, whose love is stronger than the eye can see. In 8.1 billion people on earth mama, you’re the perfect mother for me. My Dibi, I love you.”

Further expressing her grief, Divya wrote, “No one in this Lifetime or any other Will Love Me like You did.” She vowed to remain strong and fulfill the plans they had made together, concluding with a promise to meet Mihika again in the future. Her emotional message ended with, “See you on the Beach. And in the Jungle honey. Into the Light now.”

For the unversed, reports indicate that Mihika first experienced a fever, which was followed by a seizure, leading to her tragic passing.
