On a previous occasion, Ghai had reportedly lauded Divya’s versatility, especially in terms of her ability to pick up dialects, with special reference to the actresses Gujarati accent as Javed Jaffery’s wife in “Hello Darling”.
All set to star in two commercial, mainstream films, Amol Gupte’s “Stanley Ka Dabba” and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “My Friend Pinto”, Divya is thrilled to be back into the ‘main’ fold of cinema. That said, Divya, who has also appreciated Ghai as, “A filmmaker who knows how to add vital ingredients in a commercially viable film,” might now hope for a role in a commercial setup with Ghai’s next.
