Disha Patani’s sister Khushboo Patani warns trolls of legal action; clarifies her criticism was aimed at Aniruddhacharya, not Premanand Ji - WATCH
Disha Patani’s sister and former army officer, Khushboo Patani, has found herself at the centre of a social media storm. After speaking out against religious orator Aniruddhacharya Maharaj for his remarks on live-in relationships, her comments were misunderstood by many. Trolls wrongly assumed she was targeting another spiritual figure, Premanand Ji Maharaj, and began spreading fake news about her. Now, Khushboo has promised strict legal action against those targeting her online.
But soon after, social media exploded with confusion, with many assuming her reaction was aimed at Premanand Ji Maharaj, who had separately gone viral for his views on relationships. This misunderstanding led to a wave of online hate.
She followed this with a detailed message, making it clear that she was taking things seriously. She mentioned, “All accounts who are deliberately spreading fake news against me will be sued by me under the law of the land! @yourrspiritualgirl this channel has put serious fake news against me, which has nothing to do with me and puts me at unnecessary trolling and risk. We will be filing defamation under IPC 499 and 500, for forgery and manipulation under IPC 465 and 469, spreading fake news or misleading content under IPC 505(1)(b), hurting the modesty of a woman, cyber crime, and online harassment of me under IT ACT 66, 66D, 67 against you! I will not spare!… other names as follows… @utsavshukla.news, @delhi_ka_deepak_official (sic).”

Trolls confuse her criticism
Khushboo’s anger was directed at a video where Aniruddhacharya Maharaj was allegedly heard saying, “Ladke laate hain 25 saal ki ladkiyon ko, jo 4-5 jagah mooh maar ke aati hain.” In response to that statement, Khushboo wrote, “Agar ye mere saamne hota, to main isko samjha deti ki mooh maarna kya hota hai. These are anti-nationalists. You should not be supporting such bastards of the highest order.”Khushboo issues a clear legal warning
To shut down the fake claims, Khushboo posted a new video and issued a firm warning, wherein she also cleared the air, saying her criticism was against Aniruddhacharya and not against Premanand Ji. In the caption, she wrote, “Fake News Against Me! Deliberate effort to defame me! (sic)”She followed this with a detailed message, making it clear that she was taking things seriously.
