Dino Morea wants to marry; Nandita Mahtani says no?

After riding out many ups and downs in his personal life, Dino Morea seemed to have found 'The One' with fashion designer Nandita Mahtani. He has spoken about tying the knot in recent interviews but the planned walk down the aisle has hit a roadblock.
A source close to the couple told Mirror, “Dino and Nandita are still together, but their differences are growing bigger.The bone of contention is their opinion on the institution of marriage which is drastically different. While Dino wants to settle down, Nandita does not want marriage again.“ But what is the reason for her aversion? Revealed the source.

“Nandita had a very bad marriage with Sunjay Kapoor (who is now getting a divorce from Karisma Kapoor). She is apprehensive about getting hitched now.“
But according to the source, Dino really wants tosettle down and have kids now as he is pushing 38. But Nandita is in no mood to oblige him. “She keeps telling him that `they are fine' the way they are, questioning his need to give a legal status to their relationship?“ adds the source.
Nandita met Delhi-based industrialist Sunjay while both were students in London and they wed after two years of dating.
Dino dated Bipasha Basu and Lara Dutta before he met Nandita.
