Hollywood’s visionary filmmaker Christopher Nolan may have an intellectual mind that is reflected in his movies that deal with time inversions, intergalactic travel, and many other complex subjects, but deep down he is surely a charming and innocent minded human. Recently the ‘Tenet’ actress Dimple Kapadia revealed a unique request from the ‘Inception’ director who fell for her earrings which she wore during the shoot.

Talking to Vogue India, Dimple Kapadia shared an interesting incident during the ‘Tenet’ shoot days where she chose to wear a fitted earring during the filming.

Dimple Kapadia said that Christopher Nolan told her, “Oh those earrings are lovely. You can leave them after you shoot.” Out of respect, Dimple Kapadia left her piece of jewelry with the ‘Memento’ director.

Further, Dimple Kapadia praised the time inversion film’s costume designer Jeffrey Kurland on the magnificent look he created for her in ‘Tenet’. For the unversed, Jeffrey has also worked in other Nolan films such as ‘Dunkirk’, and ‘Inception’.

Dimple Kapadia played a pivotal role in ‘Tenet’ as her character named Priya, received good responses for her short but impactful role in the mind-bending movie.

Starring John David Washington as the protagonist along with actors Robert Pattinson and Elizabeth Debicki as the characters Neil and Kat, ‘Tenet’ was hailed as one of the most unique Time travel movies ever made. Even during the pandemic time, ‘Tenet’ made good box office collections.

Meanwhile, Dimple was last seen in the romance film ‘Go Noni Go’ which was directed by Sonal Dabral. She also played a pivotal role in ‘Murder Mubarak’.
